On Wednesday, 16 October, Zenith Energy and Wärtsilä formalised a long-term agreement at Zenith’s corporate offices in Perth.

This 4-year Parts Predict & Operational Support Services Agreement is a strategic step for ensuring the optimal performance of the Wärtsilä medium- speed heavy-duty, flexible engines in service at Zenith’s power stations.

This agreement highlights a continued focus on reliability, efficiency, and proactive maintenance of critical infrastructure, which is essential for meeting the energy demands of remote power generation projects in Australia’s mining and resources sectors.

Hamish Moffat, Managing Director of Zenith Energy, stated:
“This agreement builds on our long-standing partnership with Wartsila in the remote IPP space, supporting power generation projects in the Australian resources and mining sectors. It aligns with our philosophy of fostering long-term partnerships with key OEM partners to deliver value to Zenith, our clients, and stakeholders.”

Rey Santos, Managing Director of Wärtsilä Australia, commented:

relationship we have with Zenith. Wärtsilä has a strong global track record of various types of
agreements with skilled professionals, whose knowledge and expertise can be utilized to bring
additional benefits and value for this partnership. I look forward to expanding and deepening our
collaboration.”
