Greg and Mark bring deep experience across mining, resources, major projects, operational leadership and global services businesses. Their independent perspectives will help strengthen Zenith’s governance, strategic oversight and long-term decision-making as we continue to grow.
Greg brings more than 30 years’ experience across the mining and resources sector, including senior leadership roles with Fortescue and Rio Tinto, along with board experience at Genmin Limited and Breight Group.
Mark brings more than 25 years’ experience across mining and mining services in Australia, New Zealand, Africa and the Americas, including executive leadership roles with Leighton Contractors, Thiess and most recently as the MD & CEO of Perenti.
Their experience will be invaluable as Zenith continues delivering reliable, cost-effective and lower-emissions power solutions for customers across remote and regional Australia.
