I am the Inventory and Logistics Manager at Zenith Energy, where I’ve worked for nearly five years, overseeing warehouse, logistics, and stock management.

My day begins with a coffee and a check-in with the team to discuss logistics plans. My responsibilities involve ordering parts, handling international imports, collaborating with planning and asset management, and training my team. Each day presents new challenges.
The company culture at Zenith is excellent; everyone collaborates effectively. One challenge I face is keeping up with the growing team, but I value the approachable atmosphere created by management’s involvement.
One of my achievements was working with the procurement department to centralise our procurement system, enhancing stock control through automation.
Zenith has been supportive of my development as a female manager, encouraging me to pursue a diploma in Leadership and Management while offering flexible working options to improve my work-life balance. I am currently completing my diploma and aspire to become a supply manager.
