The Auscontact Western Australian State Excellence Awards Ceremony was held on Friday, 1 August, where state winners were officially announced. The entire Zenith team was thrilled to celebrate Pete’s well-earned recognition on the night.
This nomination and award acknowledge Pete’s outstanding commitment, professionalism, and the exceptional service he consistently provides to Zenith Connected Energy’s microgrid customers. His unwavering dedication makes a real difference — not just for our clients, but for the broader team.
It is also a prestigious acknowledgment within the Customer Service and Contact Centre industry, recognising the vital role frontline professionals play in delivering quality experiences across all sectors.
As the WA State Winner, Pete will now go on to represent Zenith at the National Excellence Awards Ceremony in Melbourne on 14 November, where we’ll be cheering him on as he competes at the national level.
