Lead Electrical Technician at Zenith Energy
Meet Lazarus Mazanhanga, our Lead Electrical Technician, who has been with Zenith Energy for over 2 years. In his role, Lazarus is responsible for assisting with operational challenges and commissioning new generators at our power stations. He also plays a key role in providing technical support and training to the Operations and Maintenance teams.
When asked what attracted him to Zenith, Lazarus says, “Working for a renowned energy provider was an opportunity I couldn’t miss. The team at Zenith has been incredibly supportive, always willing to provide guidance and help whenever needed.”
Lazarus is proud of his involvement in the Nova Rebuild Project, where he contributed to the commissioning phase, working alongside a dedicated team to deliver a successful outcome.
Zenith Energy has supported Lazarus’s professional growth by allowing him to continue his studies while working and providing the necessary support from HR and supervisors. “The company has also shown a strong commitment to work-life balance, especially during my time on-site for extended periods.”
